TOTAL STRENGTH is your fitness and lifestyle program designed to get you fit or fitter fast! TOTAL STRENGTH incorporates all of the advanced training principles used by the fittest athletes and fitness models and modifies it into a fun and productive group workout you can enjoy and see quick results from.


  1. The workouts are for 55 minutes.

  2. Each workout includes a 5 to 10 minute warm up to get your energy up, your blood pumping and your muscles warm.

  3. Next is a Super Set; a group of 3 to 4 exercises performed back-to-back and then repeating with no rest.  Here you will perform drills seen in track and field events and from your grammar school gym class.

  4. The Super Set is followed by 20 minutes of strength and conditioning. You can expect some traditional and some new strengthening moves to sculpt your muscles and build strength.

  5. Once done with the strength segment, we will spend 10 minutes getting your heart rate back up with another Super Set to help with fat burning and to leave your metabolism at a a high that will take you through the rest of your day.

  6. Finally you will cool down with 5 minutes of total body stretching to reduce the “day after ache” and help prevent injury.


Monday is a lower body focus. Wednesday targets the upper body and on Friday the focus is on the midsection including any and all muscles below the chin and above the hip bone.

While the workouts sound intense I can help you to modify the exercises for all levels and abilities. You will be instructed to perform as much as you can handle, given modifications for your abilities and will be supported in achieving the results you desire.

Most first time TOTAL STRENGTH attendees will be starting from scratch, so you are not alone.  You will be surprised how quickly your body will adapt and how in a short time you will be feeling more energetic and capable.

TOTAL STRENGTH is for both Women and Men, so bring your spouse, friend, partner..!


Yoga exercises can help improve strength and flexibility, reduce stress and increase circulation in several muscle groups.  It has been practiced in the  Far East for thousands of years, and continues to be a popular health and  fitness activity in the West.  


My classes involve stretching, controlled  breathing and practicing various poses.


Yoga classes are 55 minutes and contain asana, (yoga postures), prana, (breath work) and relaxation. This class offers an opportunity to re-balance and while you stretch, bend, breathe and most importantly de-stress.


Beginning or advanced practitioners will find this class rewarding.

I will offer you consistent support and motivation throughout the entire time we are working together! I will design the best workout routine for your fitness level and goals.

I will help you work harder, more consistently, and more efficiently than you would on your own. I will provide you with enough guidance and education to ensure that you establish effective exercise patterns right from the beginning! I will educate you on how your body functions and how to train it, in a safe effective manner to achieve the results you want.
